Agenda item: A director making unilateral decisions
Agenda details: One director made a unilateral decision to not include motions at an AGM. This was done without consultation with the entire Down to Earth Community. This should have only be done through proper process by passing resolutions at both the Board and OC levels.
Motion: Three individual Motions: Motion 1 that the AGM is postponed so that customary practice can continue. Motion 2. That Gary Lasky as a director is counselled about blocking motions. Motion 3. That Gary Lasky is counselled about advising the community of his decisions before it effects working processes.
