Agenda details: A member falsely accusing a director of making unilateral decisions without consultation with the entire Down to Earth Community. This should have only be done through proper process by passing resolutions at both the Board and OC levels. That Graham Flemming apologies to Gary Lasky and considers his own motion about counselling. That Graham receives counselling about falsely accusing volunteers and seeks advice before making further motions.
