2. Two items within the new Wooroomah Water System appear to contravene NSW AH laws.
* These items will need attention prior to my submitting a Due Diligence Report to the OEH who is waiting for my report.
A per thw NSW AH Act, I formally registered intention to commence construction work on Wooroomah just prior to the 2018 Water Working Bee via email to a contact in OEH.
* discussions on this report have recently resurfaced via registered Wemba Elders, which were put on hold for a year after Uncle Glen's passing just after 2019 Easter ConFest.
At the direction of Elders, I have maintained my communication with OEH regarding the work on or near registered AH.
I have been assured recently that we are within expected timeframes of delivery of this required compliance documentation.
I would like to initially discuss this matter at a gsc meeting to be minuted.
Later after a few meetings with stakeholders, I will table the Draft Due Diligence to Gsc before submitting to OEH..
