Members

To remain aa active member you will need to volunteer 24 hours each financial year (the 12 month period between 1st July and 30th June the following year) and submit your activity form.

Due: 30th June each year (Though earlier is lovely and preferred.)

Members can continue submitting their forms until 31st August each year, but submitting late may impact your ability to vote at meetings between 1st July and the receipt of your form. 

Forms received after the deadline of the 31st August will be actioned at the first Board meeting after the Annual General Meeting.

Submit your activity form using the instructions below for ticket reimbursement by the due date for the Confest you volunteered for.

Due Date For Reimbursement:

  • Autumn Confest - by the 24th June that year 
  • Spring Confest - by the 20th December that year

 

 

 

Steps To Fill and Submit Your Activity Form

1. Download Activity Form.

2. Fill it in.

3. Have it signed off by your facilitator or a director.

4. Submit it here.
