A formal Notice of Meeting will be issued after the cutoff time for resolutions.

Call for reports to be given at the SGM.

Groups, facilitators or bodies within DTE wishing to do so are requested to supply a report for presentation to the SGM.

Call for budget requests for appropriations.

This is the last SGM prior to the new financial year. Appropriations for the forthcoming financial year will need to be put to this SGM. As yet, there is no-one who has offered to aggregate budgetary requests into appropriation motions. I suggest any requests be sent to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. , where they can be held until we have a volunteer for that task.
Note these budgetary requests need only be indicative, they do not need to fulfil the requirements of a budget for Board or Committee. See SGM minutes from part 3 of June 2020 for full budget requirements.

Items that need to be addressed will include: rates, registrations, maintenance, operating expenses, etc, and be in the areas of legal responsibilities, properties, vehicles, ICT, etc.
And, if you are hoping for a Confest later this year, or next year, preparatory costs need to be put up. i.e. “paperwork” - Council submissions and such. Yes, that is your responsibility, as a member, to see that it happens.

And less than 2 weeks to get the numbers in, and then form those into appropriation motions.

John Reid for the OC.
