Fincom crew only
So in which role would you like to help?
We have many to choose from but, if you don’t like any of them, make up one of your own. As long as it’s not hierarchical most won’t even notice - other than see that things seem to get smoother and easier - and that’s when we smile and “Ommm, All is good in the FinCom world, Omm”
You can pick one, some,and change them around. Roles around some tasks will evolve and they will become clear through requested shared roles, more people doing one role really helps spread the load and lessens the possibility of only one person decides.
So why not encourage other members to help you with your role and, over time, maybe many members can. just by doing a little bit, get a better understanding of how FinCom is administered.

How does Fincom work?
For the record, ICT is not a committee, rather, ICT is a workgroup of volunteers that collaborate on various ICT projects
Fincom functions within DTE serviced by a team of volunteers who have signed a Code of Conduct agreement.
Most of the ongoing activities of the FinCom are maintaining current systems to support around 200 volunteers (mostly active members) who currently use these services and systems.
Normally, when Moulamein ConFest is held, the number of volunteers we support is around 460 volunteers throughout the year
We look after the following areas;

This budget does not allow for any equipment repairs or replacements nor infrastructure expansions.
Any such requirements would therefore need to be applied for separately if required.

*We are not using Upwork in favour of more volunteer effort
Moving forward, members of the FinCom are keen to continue donating their professional skills and experience to the cooperative notwithstanding challenges the current pandemic presents and resultant austerity measures adopted by the cooperative.
Therefore the projected 2021/22 FinCom Budget is as of 13/05/2021 standing at $21,850 including 15% Contingency - Link Spreadsheet
Therefore its appropriation is $21,850
We look forward to serving you for another 12 months with good if not improved services
