INBOX

  • G-Accon to be investigated.  Try using dummy Xero account linked to GSheets.
  • Kathy’s email reconciliation boxes
  • Skye has cleaned up the inbox.

 

FUTURE ACTIONS for/by FINCOM

  • Kathy raised the topic to be given access to gSheets currently restricted, 
    • Defer decision till next week 
    • ACTION: FCM Vol - Advise the cardholders before doing so 
  • Kathy would like access to currently restricted GSheets.  Discussed and decided FinCom should honour agreements made with cardholders (at least for now), but will gently explain to them how the agreed restrictions could be counterproductive for them.  To be discussed further after report back from Melody.
    • ACTION: Melody to discuss with cardholders who requested restrictions.  Explain reasons they may wish to now remove restrictions.  
  • Proposed that Kathy download Bendigo Bank information
  • Skye’s letter is the preferred version for sending out - Skye will review monthly email links prior to Robin sending out. Remove FAQs, Crew Notes,  Terms of Reference (being updated) Change the Code of Conduct (latest update)
  • Add variety to future cardholder emails.
