Who's Chatty?

Chatty is the avatar name for our chat service which is actually manned by volunteers

Many of these questions are about what the visitor cannot find in the website.

Over time relaying this to the webbed we are able to make immediate changes to the website. 

Yet still some information despite being asked often its because it can't be defined by the volunteers or it hasn't already been decided so this is where forums come in and allow for people to post and read previously posted questions and answers from the communities. perspective.
