The Co-operative’s Board of Directors and Standing Committees (Organising Committee and ConFest Committee) usually have meetings according to the following schedule:

First Thursday of the month - Board of Directors
Second Thursday of the month - ConFest Committee
Also every week (Thursday) for 16 weeks leading up to the gathering
Ordinarily Last Thursday of the month - Organising Committee 

All meetings start at 7.30pm and are now held primarily online via Zoom.

General Meetings are ordinarily held at CERES Learning Centre, 7 Lee Street, Brunswick East VIC
