Hi Aaron

Hope you are still open to receiving these emails?

Sorry its taken me so long to get to this. I had to wait for Elders to alert me that the suitable time was passed since Uncle Glen’s (who did Welcome 2018,2019) passing after Easter ConFest 2019.

Also then pandemic madness.

I recently discussed this topic with Trevor Pitt regarding his brilliant mapping of the new water system with the mapping of Aboriginal Heritage sites and mounds boundaries.

We formed a plan to move forward with reporting on the overlay, water project due diligence.

Trevor and I will be meeting online to go over the maps as we need presentation of the map layers for a few different functions.

To report to DTE, clarify AH act and support a Cultural Heritage Management Plan.

I would like all new Directors sign the Cultural Heritage Management Plan in due course so that everybody is on the same page as to DTE legal obligations.
This includeds responsibilities to maintain protection of the AH sites during ConFest and annually.

To report to the OEH in the form of ‘Due Diligence’ to close the profile I opened when I reported to OEH the intent to execute civil construction works near boundarys of AH.

I was hoping to meet with Trevor Pitt at a time that works best.

Ellen
