For security/credential reasons Google does not allow the uploading of files without being logged into a gmail account.

Three ways to get us your attachment

1. Log into your Gmail account and upload with form

2. Put a link in the "Link to Files" field in form

2. Email your attachments to ocmail@<this sites domain> 

How can I be sure my agenda item has been received?
