Terms of reference
ICT working group is a subcommittee of both the Organising Committee (OC) and Board of Directors.
Scope of responsibilities
In collaboration with other committees and task groups, define and recommend ICT related policy, processes, products and services, implement systems and solution, provide training, maintenance and support of systems and solutions and manage third party ICT service providers and contracts.
Operational policies
Meet/conference as required in person and/or correspond electronically as necessary.
Formation Process
Motion be put to Board of Directors to formalise the establishment of ICT working group as described within this document titled ‘ICT Working Group Formation Proposal 20151203’.

DTE & ConFest ICT Infrastructure
This includes but not limited to:
- Accounting & asset management systems
- Database, software development and integration services
- eGovernance systems
- Electronic document management systems
- Internet, networking and telecommunications infrastructure
- Membership management systems
- Multimedia services
- Project management systems
- RF transmission systems
- Security and surveillance systems
- Survey and polling systems
- Volunteer management systems
- Website CMS, forum and eCommerce systems
- Workgroup collaboration systems
