Board Agenda Items

There are two ways you can submit an item

For security/credential reasons Google does not allow the uploading of files without being logged into a google account.

Some people do not wish to have a Gmail account hence the alternative is there

DTE/Confest is moving across to the NFP Google Work Spaces (More Info Here)

  

Adding Board Agenda Items

If you have a Gmail account

Can upload file from Form - Board Form

If you don't have a Gmail account

Add Item through form - Board Form 

How can I be sure my agenda item has been received?

At the moment you can check your item has been received by

Receiving an Email with details of your submission

Viewing Submitted Agenda Items
     Tab 1 - Gmail
     Tab 2 - Non Gmail

 

Agenda Items involving a Budget

Does your agenda Item contain a budget request?
If it does please also use this Budget Application form

Send file/s to budgets@ at this domain if form does not work
