please find attached the Notice of Meeting for the 2020 Annual General Meeting of the Down to Earth (Victoria) Co-operative Ltd., to be held online.

If we are allowed to gather, and a decision is made to hold a physical meeting, we will attempt to notify you accordingly.

Also attached is a spreadsheet print with some detail on the predicted expenditure, which gives a guide for the amounts in the appropriation motions.

The Directors’ Election ballot material will be sent separately.

A forum for the Board Candidates is to be held on Wednesday 18th November 2020, online at 7:30 PM Melbourne time. Currently slated to be held online only. Format is to be similar to the previous Candidates Forum.
