Attendance Rules / Voting OC CC ⅗ rule
To be able to vote in a standing committee you must be an active member and have attended 3 out of the last 5 meetings excluding the current one.
Please be punctual 7:30PM start
SGM AGM attendance is required to participate
Board is elected through ballot – Election Buddy - Usually at the AGM
* 3 positions vacant one year 4 the next, serve two years
