Preamble: A gathering is proposed at Bylands over Cup Weekend 2022. The gathering (nominally under ConFab banner) is planned to at least cover costs and the budget has been set at $10,570.00. Please refer to attachment for the breakdown

Motion: That the sum of $10,570.00 be appropriated for ConFab to fund a 5day gathering at Bylands over Cup Weekend 2022.
