OC appropriation

Preamble: When the original O.C. appropriation for financial year 2023 -2024 was put together, we were not aware of the $22,000 owing for BAS. So by appropriating another $20,000 we will make sure that the O.C. will have enough funds to cover it's expenses until the end of the financial year 2024.

Motion 2: The O.C. appropriate an extra $20,000 for the financial year ending 30th June 2024
